All this leading onto an enormous outdoor entertaining area with ample room to dine and party. The family size movie room, and twin size study are both off a genrous entry hall complete with coffer ceiling and display recess.

What makes this property stand out from the crowd?

The obvious appeal is the homes external beauty but this is complimented by the many wonderful features throughout.

For example the gorgeous stone fireplace for cosy winter evenings.

Of course we provide the expert advice and guidance for any construction or budget issues In this way we ensure that the clients needs are always met.

Most amazing of all is we can provide designs regardless of size and complexity of the home inclusive of 3D walkthroughs and photo realistic elevation shot for the ridiculously low price of $2500 excl GST.

Who was the architect/designer/builder?

The home was designed by the Home Builder Advantage team. In every home that we do the client is heavily involved in the creative process to produce the perfect outcome.

The client must take a real bow in this case as their input was invaluable & impressive.

The builder was Ravlich & Clent Constructions.

Was there any architectural challenges?

The site is a split level affair with the front and rear of the block being 2m higher than open another.

This also had the disadvantage of facing East/West which meant that our designers had some challenges to in corporate living area facing North.

Challenges that were all overcome with clever use of design as you can see with the huge angled window with beautiful North aspect.

Does the home promote green living i.e. energy-saving/water-saving features?

HBA designer and co-owner Paul Cheverall is a Greensmart Professional so is very careful to achieve green living wherever possible.

This design for example has solar hot water system, separate water tanks connected directly to the downpipes.

The property also boasts verandahs completely across its East and West facing elevations.
