This beautiful home is built on a rural property in the Perth Hills. It comprises of seperate kids wing and parents wing for Mum & Dad to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Who was the architect/designer/builder?
The home was designed by the Home Builder Advantage team. In every home that we do the client is heavily involved in the creative process to produce the perfect outcome.
The client must take a real bow in this case as their input was invaluable & impressive.
The builder was Ravlich & Clent Constructions.
Was there any architectural challenges?
The site is a split level affair with the front and rear of the block being 2m higher than open another.
This also had the disadvantage of facing East/West which meant that our designers had some challenges to in corporate living area facing North.
Challenges that were all overcome with clever use of design as you can see with the huge angled window with beautiful North aspect.
Does the home promote green living i.e. energy-saving/water-saving features?
HBA designer and co-owner Paul Cheverall is a Greensmart Professional so is very careful to achieve green living wherever possible.
This design for example has solar hot water system, separate water tanks connected directly to the downpipes.
The property also boasts verandahs completely across its East and West facing elevations.
