Unique Design

All homes feature a double garage and an adjacent workshop or storeroom, with access through the side of the property to the main outdoor entertaining area. The front porch of all the custom new home build feature limestone steps that lead you into the entry hallway.

In all properties there is both a downstairs and upstairs living room, with the exception of the home at the rear of the lot, which features a premium home cinema in lieu of the upstairs sitting room. The ground floor in all homes features an open plan living area with large kitchens, a dining room and living room.

These rooms all have access to the alfresco area, which is the main focus of the outdoor space. The large laundry is also located on the ground floor of all the homes, with a dedicated drying courtyard that separates the laundry space from the main entertaining space.

Luxury Living

The first home on the lot features a home study at the front of the property and a downstairs guest suite, a premium feature in a triplex development. This suite features an en-suite with dual sinks, and a walk in dressing room. This guest suite is in addition to the first floor master suite; which features a large en-suite and sizable dressing room.

The master suite for the second home is featured on the ground floor and in the third residence the master suite is featured on the first floor and takes advantage of the extended home size by branching out at the rear of the lot. All other bedrooms are located on the first floor of the floor plan and feature either large built in wardrobes, or walk in robes. Each home has a balcony accessed from the first floor sitting room with the exception of the third property where the balcony is off the large master suite.
